Getting Started

Account Registration and Verification

1Registration

To register for a GRMS account:

  • Visit the GRMS homepage at grms.isap.edu.ph or grms.mcnp.edu.ph
  • Click "Student Access"
  • Click "Sign up" on the login page
  • Fill out the registration form with your school email (@isap.edu.ph or @mcnp.edu.ph), if available. If not, use your personal email.
  • Create and confirm your password
2Email Verification

After registering, you'll need to verify your email:

  • Check your school email for a verification code
  • Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page
  • Once verified, you'll proceed to complete your profile
Important: Your account will be in "unconfirmed" status until a guidance counselor verifies your account. You can still complete your profile during this time.

Completing Your Profile

After verification, you'll need to complete your profile with detailed information. This helps the guidance office provide better support.

1Personal Information

Fill in your basic details:

  • Full name (First, Middle, Last)
  • Birth date and age
  • Sex and nationality
  • Contact number and address
2Academic Details

Provide your academic information:

  • Institution (MCNP or ISAP)
  • Course/Program and year level
  • Student ID number
3Family Background

Information about your family:

  • Parents' or guardians' details
  • Siblings' information
  • Living arrangements
4Additional Information

Providing these details helps the guidance office understand your needs better:

  • Personal interests and hobbies
  • Career goals and ambitions
  • Any concerns or special circumstances

Using Your Dashboard

Once your profile is complete, you'll have access to your student dashboard with these features:

News Feed

View announcements and updates from the guidance office displayed on your dashboard.

Review/Edit Information

Access and update your profile information through the "Review/Edit My Info" sidebar option.

Theme Customization

Personalize your experience by changing themes via the settings gear icon.

Logout

Securely end your session using the logout option in the top-right profile menu.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

  • Ensure you're using the correct email and password
  • Check if CAPS LOCK is enabled
  • Try clearing your browser cache
  • Use a different browser
  • If problems persist, contact the guidance office

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered your email correctly
  • Wait 5-10 minutes for delayed emails
  • Request a new verification code
  • Contact support if issues continue

Only authorized guidance personnel have access to your complete profile information. Your data is protected and used only for legitimate guidance and student support purposes.
